RETURN POLICY

Due to volume and inventory fluctuations we currently cannot accept returns or exchanges through boxedandburlap.com

All orders placed online are non-refundable, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for online orders, unless you are able to bring the item(s) along with your purchase receipt to Boxed and Burlap's physical location (2935 State Road 67, Delavan WI) in person within 14 days of your online purchase.

However, if an item arrives damaged or defected, please send an email with photos of the item(s) and packaging within 10 days to info@boxedandburlap.com, and we will be happy to resolve the issue.

Return or exchanges can only be made in person at our physical location within 14 days of purchase.
Please bring with you:
- the unused/unworn/unwashed merchandise for return/exchange.
- receipt or order number

*Available in stock items, sizes, styles and quantities cannot be guaranteed or placed on hold.
*Some situations where a return or exchange is requested may only allow for in-store credit.

APPAREL INFORMATION
Please review sizing and garment description as items purchased online are non-refundable unless you are able to bring the merchandise to our physical location in person within 14 days of purchase.

MERCHANDISE COLOR
Colors of items, artwork, logos, and labels can appear slightly different in person compared to viewing them on any electronic screen. These item colors can also appear differently in various settings and lighting situations. Being surprised by a color when your order arrives will not grant a refund, return or exchange.

SHIPPING / POLICIES / TERMS
Once your order is submitted, Boxed and Burlap is unable to accommodate any changes to your order or preorder, including order cancelation requests, changes to ordered items, applying discounts and address revisions.

Please double check your address prior to checkout. Shipping to an incorrect or outdated address will result in a returned order. This will require shipping a second time and a second shipping charge to you.

PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED?
If products arrived to you damaged during shipment, with in 10 days please send your order number, photographs of the damage, along with photos of the packaging (this is required to file claims) and we will work with you on getting you a replacement!
